Transforming the Trent Valley Landscape Partnership is a partnership project of 18 organisations working together to restore and enhance the natural and cultural heritage of the Trent Valley, with Staffordshire Wildlife Trust as Lead Partner.

Data Usage

Staffordshire Wildlife Trust holds all personal information related to Transforming the Trent Valley Landscape Partnership activities and is committed to holding this information safe. We may share relevant personal data with scheme partners in order to deliver our activities in partnership, safely and effectively.

On occasions, we may be required to share personal information with our funders (including The National Heritage Lottery Fund) – where possible, this will be anonymised before sharing. We will ensure these parties have suitable privacy policies in place.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Wherever we collect personal information it will be processed fairly and lawfully and stored securely. We respect your privacy and will not share personal information about you with any other third parties. We will never sell your personal information.

Event Booking

By signing up to one of our events you opt-in to receiving information from us about the event. Your personal data will only be used by the Transforming the Trent Valley Landscape Partnership c/o Staffordshire Wildlife Trust and the Activity Leader for the event in relation to health and safety and evaluation of the event, and not for any other purpose.

Your information will be kept confidential and we will not share or sell your data to other third parties, other than our funder, The National Heritage Lottery Fund. Where possible, this will be anonymised before sharing.

We use Mitingu via Staffordshire Wildlife Trust’s website events page to collate and hold your booking information. Please read the Mitingu privacy policy.

By signing up to our e-Newsletter, you opt-in to receiving information via email from us about the work of the Transforming the Trent Valley Landscape Partnership. Your details will be stored for as long as you subscribe to our e-Newsletter. Your personal data will only be used by the Transforming the Trent Valley Landscape Partnership c/o Staffordshire Wildlife Trust in relation to keeping you up-to-date with our work.
